Learn to make no spread cookie dough, and master royal icing. We will make different consistencies of royal icing, color royal icing, and practice piping and flooding. You will take home unbaked cookie dough and royal icing to use at home at a later date. Many people attend this class on their own and many questions are asked. You do not need to take this class before taking Level 1 Cookie Decorating.

Have you taken our sourdough class and found yourself with questions while practicing at home—or maybe you’ve forgotten everything since your last bake? This hands-on refresher is designed to get you confidently back on track. We’ll provide autolysed dough so you can jump right into stretch and folds, plus a fully proofed loaf ready for you to score and bake. You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions, troubleshoot, and fine-tune your technique. Between folds, we’ll make scones using sourdough discard.
Taco French Macaron

This is a great class to take even if you have made macaron before as you will get to practice piping a specialty shape and not just the rounds.
