About This Class
Instead of hopping on a plane for every baker’s favorite British baking show, let’s whip up some classic desserts in this hands-on class. The menu will include two cake recipes and a technical challenge. Mini Victoria Sponge Cakes with Chantilly cream Sticky toffee pudding cakes Technical challenge: British sausage rolls – a savory pastry made with seasoned ground sausage wrapped in flaky puff pastry. (Note: ground turkey can be substituted, if needed.) This will be a fun and family-friendly class. Chef Joy lived in London for 5 years and is excited to teach you how to make these British cakes and pastries.
Additional Information
Teams can have up to 3 people. If you sign up on your own, you will be assigned a partner. The technical challenge will be a friendly competition. Ages 16+ This class cannot be made gluten free.
