Whether you’re just beginning or looking to refine your skills, our Cookie Decorating Bootcamp is designed for decorators at every stage of their journey. This four-class series will give you the knowledge and confidence to create beautifully decorated cookies and the tools to keep growing your craft at home. This class will be capped at 12 students. Additional Information
You’ll build a strong foundation by mastering royal icing—learning how to achieve the right consistencies, adapt to different environments, troubleshoot issues, and work to understand coloring to bring your designs to life. You’ll also bake reliable sugar cookies and practice key decorating techniques like flooding, piping, layering textures, and adding dimensional effects. This bootcamp doesn’t focus on striving for perfection. Instead, we’ll teach you to embrace adaptability and problem-solving, helping you understand the “why” behind every step. By the end, you’ll have the skills to confidently tackle cookie decorating at home, equipped to continue improving and creating in your own kitchen. Classes are 11/4, 11/11, 11/18, 11/25 from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
