We are located in the Oakhurst Commerce Center on Monroe Rd. If you are heading towards Matthews it is on the right hand side, and if you are heading towards Uptown it is on the left hand side. You will see Iron Tribe Fitness and Common Market at the front of the business park. Drive straight back between them and we are in the second building on the right.

Yes! Common Market at the front of the business park is a great place to pick up a drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) before class.

We hope to expand our offerings for this age group in the future, but we love having young students passionate about baking. Please fill out the application here to have your child or teen approved for age exceptions in our adult classes.

We may sometimes choose to cancel classes if severe weather makes attendance unsafe for students or instructors. If this happens, we will notify you by phone or email. You will receive a full refund or credit toward an upcoming class if we cancel due to weather.
Illness and Health-Related Cancellations

If an instructor is ill and unable to teach as scheduled, we may bring in a substitute or cancel the class. If a class is canceled due to instructor illness, we will notify you by phone or email. You may choose to receive a refund or credit toward an upcoming class if we cancel due to instructor illness.

If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment required to run effectively, we may have to cancel or reschedule it. Participants will have the option to transfer to another class, receive a credit, or request a full refund.

If you cannot attend a class, you must notify us 7 days before the class start date to request a refund. If you cancel fewer than 7 days in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or missed classes without prior notification.

You must submit refund requests by email to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the request. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method. We strive to be fair to our students while ensuring the smooth functioning of our programs. Please contact [email protected] for any questions or concerns related to our refund policy.
Exceptions
Exceptions
If you are not eligible for a refund based on the above policies you may still contact us and we will do our best to fill your seat. In the event we are able to find another student to take your seat we will credit you the cost of your seat to be applied towards a future class. If we are unable to find another student there are no exceptions to the above policies. Unfortunately, unexpected cancellations result in lost ingredients and labor in addition to the lost revenue, which is very damaging to a small business. We appreciate your understanding and support.
