Professional Level Workshop : Intro to Sugar Flowers

Aryn Keogh, owner of Delish Cakery will be leading our first ever Sugar Flower Workshop. In this 2-day class you will learn hands on how to create roses, buds, and leaves. See registration page for full class description.

Friday 8/27 from 6:30-9:00 PM You will roll gum paste to the correct thickness, create the tight rose center, create outer petals and assemble, and create leaves. Saturday 8/28 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM You will wire leaves into stems, dust and steam, learn to store flowers for later use, and learn about arranging flowers on cakes. Prior sugar flower knowledge is not a prerequisite for this class, but you should be a confident decorator with cakes or cookies. Ages 16+
