*THIS IS A 2 DAY CLASS* Learn the art of lamination! Nothing is better than a pastry with beautiful flaky layers. We will make raspberry almond danishes, and dulce de leche pop tarts. Full class description on the registration page! Ages 16+

This class will be Friday 6-9pm & will resume Saturday morning 10am - 12pm. Friday: - danish dough - raspberry almond danishes - dulce de leche pop tarts Saturday: - proof & bake - creme angalise sauce - pop tart glaze - no churn ice cream *take home & freeze*
