Introduction to Fondant Boot Camp
About This Class
This class is meant for students who have taken our Level 1 Cake Decorating Class Series (boot camp) or students with prior buttercream cake decorating experience. The class takes place on Thursday February 10th, and Thursday February 17th. Week 1 we will cover a cake with marbled fondant, and work on any fondant accents needed for your cake of choice Week 2. The class can be made gluten free. Ages 16+ Full description on registration page.
Additional Information
When you sign up for this class we will ask you to send over inspiration photos for your Week 2 cake. We will make sure to have the materials needed to help make your cake dreams come true!
