Cake Decorating Level 2 | Paper Removal Watercolor Technique
About This Class
In this level 2 class we will fill and crumb coat a cake, create crisp edges in the outer layer of buttercream, and finish the cake by creating silhouettes by painting watercolor over paper, and then removing the paper. This is a very fast paced class, please do not register if you do not feel comfortable with crumb coating and filling a cake.
Additional Information
Ages 13+, under 16 must attend with an adult also registered in the class. Participants must feel comfortable with Level 1 Cake Decorating skills.
