Jewish Cookie Recipes

About This Class
Chef Jossie grew up eating rugelach, a delicious cream cheese based cookie. It's impossible to eat just one or two at a time! We will be making 3 different types of cookies with Jewish roots, or cultural significance. Hamantaschen is a triangular filled cookie that is traditionally made for Purim. Coconut macaroons are often served during Passover as they do not contain flour. Ages 10+, children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent also registered in the class.
