Christmas Wreath French Macaron
About This Class
Learn how to pipe and decorate Christmas Wreath-shaped macarons with the Swiss Meringue method. We will make an eggnog flavored buttercream and have other fillings available. Since the wreaths are slightly larger and take longer to dry and bake, we will plan a short break during class. Holiday sprinkles and royal icing will be available for decorating. These wreaths would make a great gift!
Additional Information
Ages 11+, under 16 must be accompanied by an adult also registered in the class. This class is gluten free! TOOL KITS ARE NOT REQUIRED.
