About This Class
Learn how to make colorful bagels in this hands on class. You will learn how to make bagel dough. After the dough is made, we will show you how to knead, twist, proof, boil, and the bagels. Top it all off with your favorite mix-in ingredients and a funfetti cream cheese spread. Other filling ingredients will be available.
