About This Class

Pizza from scratch may seem like a daunting task, but it's not as difficult as you may think! In this class you will make your own pizza dough, Neapolitan pizza sauce, and make and bake your own pizza. Starting out with a glass of wine and a salad, Chef Joy will lead you through mixing and kneading your own batch of pizza dough and the baking process. Each duo will make 1 savory pizza and 1 dessert pizza. Mangia Mangia!
