Cake Decorating Deep Dive

About This Class
Join Chef Marianne to learn proper techniques when baking cake from scratch, how to make swiss meringue buttercream, and all the tips and tricks to prepare for cake decorating. You will be making cupcakes in this class, not decorating stacked cake. (For in depth cake decorating instruction please see our level 1 cake classes). Ages 11+, under 16 must attend with a parent also registered in the class. This class can be made gluten free.
