Teen Baking and Pastry Arts Summer Workshop
About This Class
If you are interested in pursuing a career in baking or pastry arts or are curious about the baking process, this intensive is an excellent way to start your journey. This comprehensive workshop covers everything from creative cake decorating to perfecting French pastry recipes. You will also develop essential skills, including understanding the science of baking, proper measuring techniques, and kitchen etiquette. This is a 2 week camp. This will take place Mon- Fri July 10-14 & 17-21 9am- 1pm
Additional Information
The fee will be $1200 and will include everything included for the class. In order to make this camp as accessible as possible we will be offering a pay as you go model, and are willing to work with students individually to find a plan that fits.
