"Wine not?" French Macarons

About This Class
In this hands-on class, we will make macaron shells with the Swiss Meringue method and pipe them in pastel circles. As part of our wine week, we'll make a Rosè Prosecco Buttercream filling and a Prosecco Gelèe. We'll also have some vanilla buttercream on hand. You can garnish your macs with mini Prosecco bottles and edible glitter.
Additional Information
Ages 11+, under 16 must be accompanied by an adult also registered in the class. This class is gluten free! TOOL KITS ARE NOT REQUIRED.
