About This Class

In this hands-on class, we will make macaron shells with the Swiss Meringue method and pipe them in heart shapes. Sometimes the hearts get a bit misshapen, but we can use our imaginations, royal icing and sanding sugar to make sweet creations. We will make a decadent raspberry-white chocolate ganache in class and have buttercream on hand for fillings. Join us to make Valentine's Day conversation hearts or whatever you want!

Additional Information

Ages 11+, under 16 must be accompanied by an adult also registered in the class. This class is gluten free! TOOL KITS ARE NOT REQUIRED.
