About This Class

Santa and Mrs. Claus head to the beach for some well-deserved fun in the sun. This is a Level 1.5 class, all students must already be comfortable with piping and flooding. If you have never decorated cookies before, sign up for a Level 1 Class. This fast-paced class builds on basic skills, introducing students to pressurized piping, shading, and the use of thicker icing to create dimensional features and texture throughout their designs. Ages 16+

Additional Information

This class will be capped at 12 students. Each student will have their own set of all of the icings, gold highlighter powder, edible marker, and cheek blush to make sure the cookies are not rushed for final details if the humidity does not allow the cookies to dry enough by the end of class. Ages 16+, this class can be made gluten free.
