Naked Cake with Ganache Drip

Join pastry chef Jossie Lukacik and learn introductory cake decorating skills! In this class you will make swiss meringue buttercream, and chocolate ganache. You will learn to fill and crumb coat a 6 inch cake, and take home to your cake at the end of class. Prior experience is not necessary, this class is the first step to learn cake decorating.
